Our quotations are valid for 15 days from date of issue unless otherwise noted. We will not be liable for any import tax incurred at port of entry and/or by the Customs Departments for any country.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from any act of war, riot, act of God, civil disorder, military or usurped power by government/sovereign direction or legislation, fire, flood, accident, industrial action, weather or any other matter beyond our control. We will not accept liability for late arrival of goods, which can be attributed to the carrier. Should any part of this Contract be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the website or Wholesalegown Ltd. is in conflict or inconsistent with this Contract, this Contract shall take precedence. Failure of Wholesalegown Ltd. to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.

In placing an order or accessing this website, the Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Wholesalegown Ltd. and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable legal fees, related to a Customer's violation of the terms and conditions described on this page or use of this website.

Wholesalegown Ltd. reserves the right, and Customer authorizes Wholesalegown Ltd., to the use and assignment of all information regarding Customer's use of the website and all information provided by Customer, subject to applicable law.
