When you order from Wholesalegown.com you will not have to worry about the quality of the dresses. However, everyone's taste, preferences and needs are different. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, just pack it up and send it back within 3 days of receiving it! Yes, we'll take it, in just about every case, as long as it is in the same condition as sold and has not been worn or tried on! (Please see below for special rules for returns and RMA numbers for merchandise).
We understand that ordering over the Internet is just a bit different than being able to touch the product in person. Sometimes a photo isn't the exact representation of an item. You can rest assured, if the products you order are not just what you expected, we'll take them back in most circumstances.
All we ask is that you go to your online account at www.wholesalegown.com within 3 days after you receive your order and let us know what your complaint is about. We will then attempt to resolve the product complaint. It is always helpful for us if you take photographs of the dress and upload this as well on the complaint page. In the event the issue is unresolvable an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is automatically issued. You will need to put this number on the outside of the box and ship it back to us within 3 days of when the RMA number is issued via the return service that we provide using the shipping label that we will email to you. Please note that you need to make sure that the dress is returned with its original packaging, labels, hang tags and has not been used, varied or altered. In the event there is any variation to the latter conditions, there will be a re-stocking charge of £15 and/or the return of the merchandise back to you. When the shipment is received and conforms to our returns policy we will issue a credit for the returned merchandise to your account, we do not issue refunds or credit your bank account or credit card.
There is, however, one instance where we will not issue an RMA. If the merchandise is seasonal and it is 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise, we will not issue an RMA unless the merchandise is damaged before dispatch from us. Please be sure to only purchase what you plan to sell. . Also, we will probably ask you what was wrong, therefore please make sure that provide these details and the photographs. This will help us to process your complaint faster and also adjust our buying so that we can offer you better products in the future.
If you receive merchandise in error, or have a claim for defective merchandise, a shortage claim, or just don't like what you ordered, please contact our office by email. We must receive your claim or request within 3 days of your receipt of merchandise. Your returned merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 5 days after the Return Authorization Number is issued to you. The Return Authorization Number must be marked on the outside of each carton to be accepted by our warehouse. Please inspect your packages as soon as they arrive. Credit will be issued when the merchandise is received.
Our dresses come in so many different combinations and sizes therefore it is easier for you to use to have an online shopping cart. Plus we treat every order to each individual needs. Therefore we ask you to read ALL the information below if you are considering retailing any of our gowns from us. We have kept the details as short and informative as possible so please do take your time to go over the following very carefully. Wholesale prices quoted are for all gowns between size 4 and 18. For Larger sizes there is an extra charge. All custom made or rush cut dresses also incur an extra charge.
• Prices quoted are all exclusive of delivery and VAT (if applicable).
• No gowns are supplied with trains unless specified. Please see price list for more information.
• Gowns are prone to creasing during delivery. Hanging gowns up for a day will cure this.
• All premium gowns are Hand-made to order and therefore please be very careful to give exact and correct Measurements using the size charts provided only including our size calculator page.

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. From time to time, we may e-mail you with new offers.
